What is the Value of Your Time?

What is a transaction coordinator?
A transaction coordinator (TC) handles the administrative work of a real estate transaction. We handle all of the details and monitor the whole process while maintaining communications with agents, clients, title companies/closing agents, property management companies, HOA or COA's and attorneys.
Are my files secure?
We have extremely strict guidelines around security and take privacy very seriously. We will never share confidential information unless you grant expressed permission to.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
No way! We view ourselves in partnership with our hardworking agents so we never get paid unless you do!
Will you have contact with my clients?
This is a matter of preference and we always treat clients with the upmost care. Usually it is more efficient if we are able to communicate with the clients directly, but if for some reason you aren't comfortable with that we can figure out a way that works best for you. We always cc our agents on all email communications and ensure they are always up to date and aware of the status of the file.
Can you help with a transaction that I have already started?
Absolutely! We would be delighted to help you. Just complete an intake form and be sure to forward any paperwork you have done so far.
What if my office is far from you?
Good news! We are a virtual company so we work entirely paperless with agents and brokerages from all over! You do't need to be located near our office for us to be able to assist you. You would be surprised at how effective we are able to work and ensure a smooth transaction to make sure everything is all taken care of!
How will I know what's happening with my transaction?
Our transaction coordinators are assigned to agents (so if you have more than one file you'll have the same coordinator for all of them!). They all have exceptional communication skills and ensure the agents are up to date on the status of things - again it is our mission to assist you in growing your business, help you look your best and have smooth and successful transactions!
How can I contact my TC?
Once you submit your intake you can expect a welcome call and email. Your transaction coordinator will then call you that day to introduce themselves and welcome you to the Dynamic Closings family! The good news is each of our agents is assigned a TC so you'll be working with the same person for all of your files. This way you and your TC can get in a groove and you can get more business!
